1. Do Not Skip Lessons: Ensure you watch every lesson from start to finish.
2. Watch Videos in Sequence: Follow the course structure and watch the videos in the order provided.
3. Complete the Full Course First: Before starting your own projects, complete the entire course.
4. No Software/Hardware Support: We do not provide support for issues related to software or hardware.
5. Avoid Repeating Questions: Do not ask the same question multiple times.
6. Read Messages Carefully: We will not repeat information provided in our messages.
7. Provide Required Information Promptly: If asked for screenshots or screen recordings, send them as soon as possible.
8. Limit Conversations to Course Content: Extra talk or unrelated discussions are not allowed.
9. Maintain Professional Language: Rough or abusive language will lead to immediate blocking and course deactivation.
10. Single-User Policy: Do not share your password. The course is for single use only. We monitor IP address activity and will block accounts and take legal action if we find password sharing.

If any of these terms are violated, support eligibility will be revoked, and the account may be blocked instantly.

Software Policy

Software is not included in our agreement. Professional software requires a mandated license, and unauthorized use can result in severe penalties. We do not provide software-related support, sales, or services as we are not affiliated with any software companies.

Support Policy

To maintain effective and hassle-free support:

• Contact Availability: Our support team is available to assist you. Enrolled users can expect a response within 4 to 12 hours. Unenrolled users can expect a response within 8 to 24 hours.
• Support Duration: Course-related support is available for 30 days after purchase. If enrolled in multiple courses, support is extended by 30 days per course (e.g., 60 days for two courses).
• Repetition of Questions: Repeatedly asking the same question will result in the cancellation of support. Ensure to watch lessons carefully as we will not re-explain content already covered in the course.
• Abusive Language: Any use of abusive language will result in immediate account blocking and permanent deletion of your information without a refund.

Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the website or its content for:

• Unlawful purposes
• Soliciting others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating regulations, laws, or ordinances
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, intimidating, or discriminating based on personal characteristics
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code
• Collecting personal information of others
• Engaging in spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping
• Any obscene or immoral purpose
• Interfering with security features of the website or related services

Violation of these terms will result in termination of your use of the service.
