  4. No Software/Hardware Support: We do not provide support for issues related to software or hardware.
  5. Avoid Repeating Questions: Do not ask the same question multiple times.
  6. Read Messages Carefully: We will not repeat information provided in our messages.
  7. Provide Required Information Promptly: If asked for screenshots or screen recordings, send them as soon as possible.
  8. Limit Conversations to Course Content: Extra talk or unrelated discussions are not allowed.
  9. Maintain Professional Language: Rough or abusive language will lead to immediate blocking and course deactivation.
  10. Single-User Policy: Do not share your password. The course is for single use only. We monitor IP address activity and will block accounts and take legal action if we find password sharing.

If any of these terms are violated, support eligibility will be revoked, and the account may be blocked instantly.
