Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
• Affiliates must have completed at least one of our paid courses to join the program.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Affiliates cannot use their own referral links to purchase courses or services.

Commission Structure

• A flat 25% commission is offered on all eligible product sales.
• Commissions are calculated based on the net sale price, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
• The minimum payout threshold is ₹500.

Referral Process

• Affiliates must use their unique referral link for tracking purposes.
• In case of multiple referrals for the same customer, the last referral receives the commission.
• The last-click attribution model is used to determine commission eligibility.

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed via bank transfer on the 15th and 1st of each month.
• Commissions are paid only after the 14-day refund and cancellation period has passed.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information, including bank account details.
• Any bank transfer fees will be deducted from the affiliate’s payout.

Refunds and Cancellations

• A 14-day refund and cancellation period applies to all products.
• Commissions for refunded or cancelled purchases will be deducted from future payouts.
• If an affiliate’s account balance becomes negative due to refunds, it must be settled before future commissions are paid.

Marketing Guidelines

• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
• Misleading or false advertising is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program.
• Affiliates may not bid on the company’s trademarks in search engine advertising.
• Spam, unsolicited emails, or any form of unethical marketing practices are not allowed.

Coupon Codes

• Custom coupon codes are available upon request and approval by the affiliate management team.
• Affiliates may not create unauthorized coupon codes or share private discount codes publicly.

Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by the company.
• Any use of the company’s logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material must be pre-approved in writing.
• Affiliates may not register domain names containing the company’s trademarks or similar variations.

Term and Termination

• The affiliate agreement is ongoing until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.
• The company reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for violation of these terms without prior notice.
• Upon termination, all affiliate links will be deactivated, and any unpaid commissions below the ₹500 threshold will be forfeited.

Confidentiality

• Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the company.
• This includes, but is not limited to, sales data, marketing strategies, and customer information.

Liability

• The company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from affiliate activities.
• Affiliates agree to indemnify the company against any claims arising from their marketing activities.

Modifications

• The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to the program via email.
• Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Reporting

• Affiliates will have access to a dashboard showing their referrals, commissions, and payout history.
• Any discrepancies in reporting must be brought to the attention of the affiliate management team within 30 days.

Tax Implications

• Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on their commission earnings.
• The company will provide necessary documentation for tax purposes as required by law.
